Hope you had a wonderful Christmas Break!
With the Christmas break and various people on leave, we have not been able to complete the evaluation of HaloPSA yet. As such, we are not in a position to award the project just yet. Below is the timeline of actions we plan to take in the coming weeks:
- Complete evaluation of HaloPSA and make a decision – w/c 8/Jan/24
- Shortlist 3-5 freelancers for the first part of the project (HaloPSA API integration work) – w/c 15/Jan/24
- Finalise bids and award the first part of the project – w/c 22/Jan/24
- Start the project work at the end of January with mid-Feb completion target date
- Review the project success and make a decision on the second or third parts of the project – end of February
We appreciate this timeline is much longer than anticipated and please bear with us as we work through the process.
