Update on the Project Evaluation

Hi everyone, I hope you had a lovely Christmas break and here is the update I promised last week.

We’re still unable to assign the final project yet, as we haven’t been able to finish our evaluation of HaloPSA. We made a few assumptions, but due to the Christmas holidays, and some people taking some time off, we haven’t been able to complete the evaluation yet.

The current timeline is as follows:

1. Complete the HaloPSA evaluation and make a decision – w/c 8th January
2. The decision of HaloPSA being positive should lead to the creation of a shortlist of 3-5 freelancers for the project (the HaloPSA API integration work) – w/c 15th January.
3. Finalise bids and award the first part of the project – w/c 22nd January
4. Start the project work end of January, targeting to complete by mid-February
5. Review the project success and make a decision on the second or third parts of the project – end of February.

I’m sorry that it’s taken a lot longer than I expected, and we understand the inconvenience this might have caused. However, this is a complex process and unfortunately, we had to account for the holidays as well.
