Delay with Awarding a Project
Hi – I hope you had a lovely Christmas break – here is the updated as I promised last week…
We’re still not in a position to award the project as we haven’t been able to complete our evaluation of HaloPSA, which has been impacted by the Christmas break and various people on leave!
The current timeline is:
- Complete HaloPSA evaluation and make a decision – w/c 8/Jan/24
- Subject to the HaloPSA decision being positive, shortlist 3-5 freelancers for the first part of the project (the HaloPSA API integration work) – w/c 15/Jan/24
- Finalise bids and award the first part of the project – w/c 22/Jan/24
- Start the project work end of January with a mid-Feb completion target date
- Review the project success and make a decision on the second or third parts of the project – end February
I appreciate this is a lot more drawn out than I originally anticipated, but it has proven a little more complex than I thought, plus we’ve had resourcing issues wrt Christmas leave etc.
